Produced by Brendan O’Brien (The Black Crowes, Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, Bruce Springteen), Russ Fowler, and Skindeep, this hard rocking Atlanta four piece was very popular in the southeast. With Terrence Smith on lead vocals, Billy Buchanan on bass and vocals, Nico Constantine on guitar and vocals, and Rob Clayton on drums and vocals, Skindeep opened for tons of national acts, played CBGB’s in New York City, and placed in the top 5 in The Yamaha Music Showcase two years in a row. Sadly, Rob Clayton was killed in a van accident on Easter morning in 1992. Though irreplaceable, Rob’s shoes were filled by the very talented Tom Knight. The band broke up in 1994, but their influence is still very apparent on the Southeast music scene today. This is a collection of their most popular recordings.
